Holland is one Month

I’m a little late in writing this, but I think that’s just life right now and that’s okay! I have basically stopped scrapbooking, which is something I loved doing, so this is my outlet to remember sweet memories!

I blogged about week 1 and week 2 separately so this is week 3 and 4! Seriously, time flies with the 3rd! I don’t know how she is (at the time I’m actually writing this) 6 weeks old! It doesn’t feel real!

May was a little bit chilly this year and most of the outfits I have for Holland are very summery. I’m glad I saved this adorable outfit from when Rhett was a baby! Add a bow and it’s perfect for a girl!

Holland got the coolest gift from some friends! I can’t wait for these adorable kicks to fit!

I seriously love when the stars align and I get one on one time with kiddos. Brooks will always choose to read a book and cuddle up on the couch together!

Lego time! These are the moments I love the most during the day. When we can just sit in a room and all play together!

I usually have to get some work done in the evenings after the boys go to bed, so Trevor and Holland get some one-on-one bonding time almost nightly!

He seriously asked to hold her every day! Lately it’s been right before naptime or bedtime… I think I’m onto him! It could definitely be a stalling tactic (haha) but I’m always going to take the time to let him hold her and cultivate their relationship!

I thought Rhett would be the one to act out a little after Holland arrived, but it was actually Brooks. I’m sure my time is coming with Rhett. I made sure that week to carve out time to spend just with Brooks. He is definitely a quality time kid. It’s still not perfect but I definitely notice a difference in his attitude when I’ve taken the time to spend with him one on one.

Dad always makes reading fun!

I never want to forget these moments!

We put the boys in their cribs by the second or third nights we were home with them. For some reason I wasn’t in a huge hurry to move her out of our room, so around week three we gave it a try in her crib and she did amazing!

Fun times at Grandma and Opa’s!

this is usually what work looks like these days!

Always picking flowers for mom and Holland!

My work buddy!

The scowl! She looks just like Brooks when she does this!

One on one time with this sweet boy! I love that he always chooses to look at books with me too! It’s seriously the best bonding experience! That is why I got into this business! I saw the amazing memories and moments we were creating with books and I wanted to share that with everyone!

I love when they read to her! It’s adorable!

Gross

We had a fun picnic on the trampoline over Memorial Day weekend. The boys love when we get to do this.

Date night with a baby!

Goodness! She is so cute!

I don’t know how time goes so quickly! I don’t feel like it went this fast with the first two. It feels like just yesterday we were in the hospital. Girlie is sleeping so well! Most of the first month at night she would go 3 to 4 hour stretches and would sometimes surprise us with a six or seven hour stretch. Around one month she started consistently going about eight hour stretches at night. So we are sleeping well at our house! Thank goodness! I honestly prayed for great sleepers and God answers even those simple prayers! During the day she is usually in a good mood, definitely has some fussy periods and loves being worn! Life with 3 is busy, but it is SO GOOD!
